Reservations & Payments
- Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment has been received.
- Guests agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and payment information during booking.
- Rates, fees, and taxes are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in accordance with the resort’s cancellation policy (please contact us directly for details).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original form of payment.
Check-In / Check-Out
- Guests must check in and check out during designated times provided in their booking confirmation.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are expected to respect resort property, staff, and fellow visitors at all times.
- Quiet hours, parking rules, and other resort policies must be followed.
- Damage to cabins, RV sites, or resort property caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the guest.
Prohibited Activities
For the comfort and safety of all guests, the following are prohibited:
- Illegal activities or unlawful conduct.
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior.
- Unauthorized commercial use of resort facilities.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will no be shared with any third parties.

- Yadkin Valley RV Resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
- Guests assume all risks associated with the use of resort property, amenities, and surrounding areas.
